Right now, over 60% of teens feel overwhelmed, and nearly 25% struggle with mental health issues like anxiety and depression. In today's culture, teens are more lost in uncertainty and the feeling of being disconnected from their true purpose. Their identity is found through social media and quick gratification. But what if we could offer them more than just temporary relief? What if we could guide them towards a lasting source of hope and joy? 

We have at least 52 chances this coming year to mentor, biblically teach, equip, build community with, and fight back against the things that can and will consume your teen in today's world. When Jesus is introduced to pain and suffering, hope is restored, uncertainty turns into confidence, and the empowerment to change the narrative is more than possible. That's something worth investing in.
