As we continue to move forward, it’s important to JRNY Church that we are able to provide a welcoming experience for our guests, while ensuring a comprehensively cleaned, sanitized, and safe environment. Because of this, we will continue to implement safety precautions and sanitizing procedures that keep “for those not yet here” at the front of our minds.

We also have some exciting updates on how we will be operating moving forward!

Please be aware that plans are subject to change based on the guidance of our governing officials and the best interest of our guests and teams.

PHOENIXVILLE – All experiences

Our Kids Teammates will be taking extensive precautions and following government guidelines to ensure that our kids rooms are safe and spacious.

In accordance with the CDC guidelines, we ask that children only attend in-person if they do not reside with anyone who is considered to be “high risk” or if they have been exposed to anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days. Please stay home if your child show signs of illness (fever, cough, runny nose). You can learn more about JRNY Kids reopening HERE.

Safety Guidelines

According to guidelines from the governor, we are being asked to wear a mask while in public and while outside when social distancing is not an option. In an effort to honor our public officials and love our neighbors well, we ask that you follow these guidelines when attending any JRNY campus unless of course, you have a medical condition that prevents you otherwise.

Once seated, you may remove your mask for the worship experience. But when you move about again, please place it back on. When outside and able to keep 6ft apart, you may remove your mask at that time.

We’re continuing to provide sanitizing stations throughout our buildings, as well as spacing out our chairs in the auditorium to encourage social distancing.

Anyone that feels comfortable resuming church in person.

What if my campus isn’t open?

If you normally attend Plymouth Meeting, you will combine at the Montgomeryville campus. If you normally attend the Limerick or Royersford campus, you will join at the Phoenixville location.

I’m new, what do I do?

Upon your arrival, we have teammates who are ready and excited to assist you – from a safe distance, of course! Our parking team will guide you to the perfect spot, and our host team will be there to open our doors and point you in the right direction.

We would love to know that you joined us, and we have a gift to give you! At the end of the experience, stop off at a Guest Desk so that we can meet you, answer your questions, and give you your gift!

What will my kids do?

If you have children, there are multiple ways that they can enjoy the JRNY Kids experience. They can watch JRNY Kids Online at home, on a device while seated with your family as you join us live, or you can chose to check them into JRNY Kids.

If you would like more information about our Reopening JRNY Kids Plan, click HERE!

Can we still watch from home?

Yes! If you are part of the vulnerable population or still don’t feel comfortable resuming church in person right now, we will still have a complete Church Online experience for you and your family.

Do I have to wear a mask?

According to guidelines from the governor, we are being asked to wear a mask while in public and while outside when social distancing is not an option. You can check out the rest of the details in our Phased Reopening Plan above!
