May 31st | Prayer Update

Maura Murphy – Maura was at CHOP all day today for her last of three chemo infusions. It went well but they scheduled her follow-up scan to see how the chemo infusions are working for the 29th of June — way too long for them to have to wait for answers like this. After talking with their oncologist today about next steps and possibilities after receiving today’s treatment, Maura and her family have hope but also a lot of uncertainty. Their nurse navigator is helping them get a closer appointment for her scan but she is on a long waiting list. Please pray that she is able to be seen soon. She also got told by the oncologist that this is the last appointment for now but there is no clear direction on what is next until they have the next scan. Thank you for praying

Deb Fineran – Deb has a Doctor’s appointment tomorrow to find out more about what to do about her leg. Please pray over that appointment! Also, please pray over Deb that God would comfort her and meet her right where she is at in the midst of this unexpected injury. Thank you!

Liz Warren – Liz has been admitted to Belmont hospital and is being taken off all of her meds and is being reevaluated. She is basically in lock-up and definitely wants to go home, but needs to get better first. Last time she was at Belmont, she became suicidal shortly after being released. Please pray for her mental health to be restored. Thank you!

Matt Orme – Matt is home which is good news, but still needs a stable blood pressure and will be seeing a specialist. Please pray over his body and those appointments with the specialist.
